We use your information to provide and improve ChartGap services, communicate with you about your account, and ensure the security of our platform. Your organizational data is used solely to deliver the features you request, such as gap analysis and org chart creation.

3. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 for data in transit, and strict access controls. Your data is hosted on AWS infrastructure with multi-region redundancy.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data and organizational data within 30 days. Some anonymized usage data may be retained for analytics purposes.

5. Third-Party Services

ChartGap uses third-party services for hosting (AWS), authentication (Supabase), payment processing (Stripe), and AI processing (Anthropic). These providers have their own privacy policies and are contractually bound to protect your data.
